AI-Native People Enablement Manager

About the role

Zscaler is looking for an AI-native People Enablement Manager, a hybrid role reporting to the Director, People Success Enablement in the People & Culture department. As Zscaler moves toward an AI-native organization, this hands-on practitioner manages end-to-end enablement programs, designs AI-native learning assets and runs practical, interactive sessions so employees confidently adopt AI tools and collaborate responsibly with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI-native learning solutions and maintain resource hubs, using generative AI as an instructional co-pilot to build modular learning assets, guides and micro-learning
• Own the operational execution, scheduling, cross-functional communication and delivery of enterprise-wide AI enablement programs
• Run enablement workshops, live product walkthroughs and hands-on learning labs
• Cultivate an internal network of AI champions and early adopters to share use cases and knowledge
• Partner with AI Governance to uphold security, privacy and ethics while tracking adoption metrics, sentiment and efficiency gains

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in talent enablement, instructional design or program management in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Experience designing bite-sized learning assets, playbooks and quick-reference toolkits embedded in daily workflows
• Track record of facilitating interactive workshops and hands-on labs for cross-functional audiences
• Organized project management and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders and timelines

Required skills

• Hands-on proficiency with modern generative AI tools and enterprise LLMs
• Preferred: experience designing AI literacy curricula, enablement modules or internal AI assistants and agents
• Preferred: background in enablement, adoption or change initiatives in SaaS, enterprise software or cybersecurity
• Preferred: experience measuring enablement through sentiment analysis, behavioral scorecards and adoption metrics
