Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates through the recruitment process, helping the company connect with top talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Conduct initial interviews to verify qualifications, experience, interests, and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
