Recruitment Specialist & Engagement Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns end-to-end, full-cycle recruiting for all roles, technical and non-technical, partnering with Hiring Managers, partners across the organization and HR. The goal is high-quality hires, faster time-to-fill and a best-in-class candidate experience, while reducing early attrition and optimizing quality of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer and preboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements and selection criteria aligned with business needs.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and selection processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ATS records and recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with hiring processes and background screening requirements.
• Coordinate offers, preboarding activities and handoffs to HR Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by improving recruitment processes, sharing market insights and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through proactive communication and excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), across technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven consultative recruiting with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management; advanced English preferred.

Required skills

• Demonstrated ATS mastery and data/reporting discipline, comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools and talent market research.
