Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

EdgeEdge is a global workforce infrastructure and talent solutions company supporting high-compliance industries such as healthcare, dental, insurance and accounting, with operations in countries including Peru, Costa Rica and Pakistan. It is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines across multiple countries and business verticals. The role covers candidate sourcing, outreach, initial screening, eligibility verification and accurate candidate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline development: source candidates through approved channels, online platforms, professional communities, referrals, partnerships and events, and maintain active pipelines by country, specialty, language, experience, availability and business demand.
• Support talent acquisition across Edge's countries and verticals, collaborate with Operations, Product, Talent Enablement, Marketing, Culture and Events teams, and conduct timely outreach with clear follow-ups.
• Initial screening and eligibility: screen candidates against approved criteria, verify experience, skills, language, availability, location and work eligibility, document outcomes and escalate unclear cases to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Candidate documentation and handoffs: keep complete profiles in Radius and recruitment trackers, avoid duplicates, hand over eligible candidates with screening notes and supporting information, and track withdrawals and availability changes.
• Coordination and delivery: meet targets and timelines, coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Enablement team, highlight bottlenecks and support reporting and hiring events.
• Continuous improvement: adapt sourcing strategies, recommend process improvements, take part in training and adopt new tools and workflows.
