Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join INDI’s HR team. In this role you will source, assess, and engage both technical and non‑technical candidates, helping leading companies connect with top talent in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Conduct initial interviews to verify qualifications, experience, interests and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT industry head‑hunting is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
