Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment strategy for Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, driving talent sourcing, employer branding, and a seamless hiring experience. You will partner with People & Culture and business leaders to build high‑performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative talent acquisition roadmaps, leveraging internal and external tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job fairs, university partnerships, and social media.
• Oversee full‑life‑cycle recruiting for top‑tier candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for critical and confidential leadership positions and manage relationships with third‑party vendors and headhunters.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics in Workday, ensuring outstanding candidate experiences.
• Partner with hiring managers to create cost‑effective recruitment plans that minimize time‑to‑fill and improve retention.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a proven track record of managing up to 100 hires per year.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and pipeline building.
• Strong coaching ability for hiring managers and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
