Supplier Engagement Program Manager

About the role

Join Amazon's Global Procurement Organization to lead the Social Value Portal programme, engaging 44,000 suppliers across 28 countries. You will drive supplier onboarding, training and reporting to showcase their social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the programme plan into 1‑3 month milestones for each market and supplier group.
• Run supplier engagement activities including emails, calls, onboarding and platform support.
• Deliver training sessions in English and Spanish, both in‑person and online.
• Track KPIs, identify stalls and implement recovery plans.
• Produce performance reports for procurement teams and senior leaders.
• Integrate Social Value reporting into Amazon’s Source‑to‑Pay processes using AI and data tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain or large‑scale programme delivery.
• Proven ability to engage and onboard suppliers at scale.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience delivering training to groups.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Social Value, ESG, sustainability or responsible procurement.
• Data tracking and KPI reporting.
• Use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT (certifications a bonus).
