Incentive Compensation Program Manager

About the role

Granicus is seeking an autonomous, analytical, and relationship‑oriented Incentive Compensation Program Manager to own the incentive compensation strategy, annual plan management, and communication for the Revenue Organization. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will act as the business owner for plan interpretation, participant experience, and compensation communications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual compensation planning process, designing plan structures, crediting methodologies, quotas, and MBO frameworks.
• Lead the rollout of compensation plans, creating guides, FAQs, leadership talking points, and training materials.
• Provide timely, discreet support to sellers and managers on plan mechanics, crediting policies, and performance measures.
• Manage compensation governance, documentation, and process improvements across Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership.
• Utilize Xactly to implement plan changes, perform minor participant updates, and troubleshoot system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Compensation.
• Deep knowledge of complex sales incentive compensation plans and governance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and executive communication skills.
