About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate to join its HR Shared Services team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will support a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment, handling employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage HR inquiries and requests from employees.
Administer onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee data management processes.
Assist in HR systems maintenance and conduct data integrity checks.
Provide support for HR compliance activities and documentation.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service.
Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain HR process documentation and training materials.

Required profile

Experience in HR Shared Services or similar HR operations roles.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (C2 level).
