2027 Huntsman Costa Rica Internship Program

About the role

The 2027 Huntsman Costa Rica Internship Program offers 11‑month paid internships for full‑time university students. Interns will work on site in the AFZ office in Heredia, supporting various business functions while gaining practical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities (HR track).
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and Power BI dashboard creation (Finance track).
• Process payments, reconcile accounts, and aid supplier support (Accounts Payable track).
• Maintain customer master data, validate information, and produce reports (Supply Chain track).
• Create purchase orders, manage supplier communications, and ensure compliance (Purchasing track).

Required profile

• Active full‑time university student in a relevant major.
• Unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI reporting (for finance‑related tasks).
