About the role

Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency, seeks an experienced Short-Form Video Editor to create high‑retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads and other digital platforms. You will transform raw footage into polished, brand‑consistent videos while working remotely in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging short‑form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads and other digital channels.
• Edit raw footage into polished, ready‑to‑publish videos that match brand style.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to create high‑retention content with excellent visual taste.
• Fast, reliable communication and turnaround.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours and a reliable remote‑work setup.
