Senior Recruiter & Talent Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter & Talent Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement across our global organization. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and supporting culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple business functions, both technical and non‑technical.
• Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, and community engagement.
• Create compelling outreach and employer‑branding content.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and internal mobility.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and employee‑engagement programs.
• Maintain recruiting workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast‑paced environments.
• Knowledge of Costa Rica employment practices and recruiting trends.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Professionalism, integrity, curiosity, and a continuous‑learning mindset.
