Senior Recruiter – Strategic Talent Partner (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent partner for a global Life Sciences client within Randstad’s Shared Services hub in Costa Rica. In this client‑facing position you will work directly with senior business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning recruitment plans with business objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume and niche/critical positions, managing 30+ hires per campaign.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions, delivering market trend analysis, salary benchmarks and talent availability insights for Costa Rica and LATAM.
• Utilise ATS and recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and influence data‑driven decisions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships and DEI programs.
• Support large‑scale hiring events and onsite recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in multinational or Shared Services environments.
• Proven stakeholder management with direct client‑facing exposure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level).
• Deep knowledge of the Costa Rican talent market.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, passive talent mapping, competitor intelligence).
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment analytics.
