Talent Acquisition Internship

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports the Talent Acquisition team of a global medical‑device company. You will work on‑site in Costa Rica, helping to streamline candidate outreach, interview coordination and recruitment reporting while gaining exposure to the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate outreach, invitation calls and follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating agendas with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, organize and maintain recruitment‑related documentation and records.
• Collect, update and analyse recruiting metrics and HR data for reporting and decision‑making.
• Help coordinate the Internship Program and engage participants in related activities.

Required profile

• University student in the final years (minimum 75% of degree) of Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability to work on‑site for the full internship period.
