Senior Manager, Talent Marketing

About the role

Swissport is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing to lead its U.S. recruitment marketing strategy. The role will design and execute national campaigns, build employer brand, and develop sustainable talent pipelines across airport locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national recruitment marketing strategy aligned with workforce priorities and hiring needs.
• Lead high‑volume talent attraction initiatives, digital advertising, employer branding, community partnerships, and vendor management.
• Analyze recruitment funnel metrics, optimize campaigns, and present performance insights to senior leadership.
• Manage and coach the Talent Marketing Specialist, set goals, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or high‑volume recruiting.
• 2+ years leading teams, vendors, or multi‑market initiatives.
• Experience in high‑volume hiring environments such as aviation, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong analytical ability to connect marketing spend to hiring results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment advertising platforms (Indeed, Appcast, job boards, social media advertising).
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools.
• Budget and vendor management for recruitment marketing.
