Senior Platform Engineer / IT Support Analyst

About the role

The Platform Engineer Analyst provides advanced technical support for mission‑critical applications used by multiple clients across the LATAM region. Working within the Platform Services Team, you will diagnose complex issues, maintain core infrastructure, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Unix/Linux operating systems, messaging middleware (MQ), databases, application and web servers.
• Own and manage support tickets, prioritize requests, and coordinate escalations.
• Provide after‑hours emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Assist in testing and rollout of new product features and upgrades.
• Create and maintain how‑to documentation, tutorials, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Develop scripts to identify, analyze, and remediate platform issues.
• Build, administer, and monitor cloud development, production, and business infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and maintenance using scripting and automation tools.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting mechanisms.

Required profile
