About the role

This position is responsible for providing user provisioning and deprovisioning to enterprise systems and platforms, resolving complex problems while adhering to access management standards, and documenting processes, workflows, and methodologies for end‑user provisioning and access management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support to resolve complex, sensitive problems while meeting customer service standards.
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with established access management procedures.
• Coordinate and assign resources for business‑specific projects, collaborate cross‑functionally, and drive effective decision‑making.
• Document processes, workflows, and methodologies for end‑user provisioning and access management.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years experience in access management and user provisioning.
• At least one (1) year in an informal leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus six (6) years IT support or operations experience.
• Experience with Workday security configuration across HR, payroll, finance, and other modules.
