Data Migration Internship – Support Salesforce Medical Education Platform

About the role

This internship supports the Medical Education team by ensuring data accuracy and governance within the Salesforce Medical Education Platform. You will help migrate, validate, and maintain educational event data while contributing to platform adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration, validation, and maintenance of educational event data in Salesforce.
• Monitor active events to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify, document, and communicate system issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation and support materials.
• Consolidate and manage financial and operational data from cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and platform performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support platform adoption and process improvements.
• Provide administrative and operational support for governance and continuous optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Final‑year student preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
