Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial advisors, is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Video Editor. You will transform raw footage into high‑retention videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create polished, ready‑to‑publish videos that are well‑paced, visually engaging, and align with brand style.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets performance marketing goals.

Required profile

• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable communication, and ability to work U.S. business hours.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
