Senior Learning Advisor – Finance Execution & Relationship Management

About the role

The Senior Learning Advisor supports the Finance Execution & Relationship Management function by designing and delivering learning solutions that drive performance, cultural development, and capability building across the region. The role partners with HR and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into impactful development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business partners to identify, prioritize, and execute L&D opportunities that align with finance objectives.
• Conduct gap analyses, determine root causes, and design solutions with clear success metrics.
• Manage the learning budget for assigned projects and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Monitor program progress, communicate results, and adjust expectations as needed.
• Collaborate across HR functions to provide an integrated learning experience.
• Implement consistent measurement of training effectiveness and report impact.
• Stay informed on external market trends to anticipate future capability needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate complex issues and prioritize actions.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Proven informal or formal leadership experience, including coaching and training new hires.
• Solid understanding of finance operations and how learning supports business outcomes.
• Risk‑aware mindset with a focus on safeguarding the firm’s reputation.
