Senior Consultant, Leadership Development LATAM

About the role

As a member of Cargill’s Global Learning & Development team, the Senior Consultant will design, implement and manage scalable leadership development programs for the LATAM region. The role focuses on strengthening leaders at all levels, aligning programs with Cargill’s strategy, values and competencies, and delivering both virtual and in‑person experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the design and development of leadership learning experiences that drive performance impact.
• Redesign existing programs by analyzing performance data and incorporating improvements.
• Develop implementation plans, coordinate logistics, and communicate with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and HR Operations.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual leadership programs.
• Partner with HR Operations to manage course calendars, scheduling, participant communication and assessment administration.
• Collaborate with Talent Management and L&D Design to apply instructional design principles and ensure engaging learning experiences.
• Provide thought leadership to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on content and materials.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through survey feedback and business metrics, delivering insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with professional service providers, holding them accountable to program goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in leadership development, talent development, learning and development or related fields.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project management capability in matrixed or global organizations.
• Expertise managing the full ADDIE process for complex leadership programs.
• Ability to design and deliver programs for multiple leadership levels, including senior leaders, globally.
• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and using data for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Leadership assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC, MBTI, EQ, 360).
• Instructional design using the ADDIE methodology.
