Senior HR Manager – Costa Rica

About the role

The Senior HR Manager in Costa Rica will support business operations, strategy execution, and organizational effectiveness for DePuy Synthes in the Alajuela region. The role focuses on talent attraction, employee engagement, and partnership with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coach business leaders on HR matters.
• Drive talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Address complex organizational challenges and provide strong HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align HR execution with enterprise priorities.
• Influence commercial and operational initiatives while contributing to the mission of delivering innovative orthopedic solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to support and coach senior business leaders.
• Experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and governance compliance in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work closely with regional and global HR partners.
