People & Excellence Business Partner Lead

About the role

The People & Excellence Business Partner Lead will act as a strategic HR partner for AVNA’s business units, advising senior leaders on talent, culture, performance, labor relations and operational excellence. Based in Zona Franca Evolution, Grecia, the role supports the Senior Leadership Team in aligning people strategies with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of the employee life‑cycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Provide consultative guidance to functional leaders and the SLT on talent, organizational structure, culture, engagement, performance, labor relations, compliance and change management.
• Participate in workforce planning, organizational analysis, talent needs assessment and capacity planning.
• Oversee employee data, personnel files, controlled documentation, HR metrics and HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, corporate procedures and ISO 13485 related standards.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, time reporting and retention programs.
• Escalate risks, trends or critical situations related to talent, compliance, work environment or operational capacity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Human Resources Administration, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency (B2+).
