Training Supervisor – Compliance & Learning

About the role

The Training Supervisor will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of compliance and technical training programs for a manufacturing plant. This role ensures that all personnel meet regulatory, safety and quality standards while supporting the plant’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify compliance, technical and system training needs across the plant and design appropriate programs.
• Supervise training coordinators and trainers, ensuring consistent delivery and certification traceability.
• Collaborate with plant departments to develop training that meets all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an inventory of training requirements and generate regular reports for management.
• Lead improvement and cost‑saving projects related to the Training Hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or education.
• 2‑4 years experience in pharmaceutical, medical‑device or consumer‑product environment.
• 0‑2 years experience supervising staff.
• Strong oral and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments such as FDA or European regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy training programs.
• TWI (Training Within Industry) methodology certification preferred.
• Project management and process‑excellence capabilities.
• Basic finance management for training budgets.
