Senior HR Manager – Costa Rica

About the role

The Senior HR Manager will support business operations, strategy execution, and organizational effectiveness for DePuy Synthes in Costa Rica. Reporting to regional leadership, the role will coach business leaders, drive talent management, organizational design, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial and operational goals.
• Lead talent attraction, employee engagement, and retention programs for the new Costa Rica site.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide HR leadership on complex organizational challenges and support decision‑making.
• Ensure operational execution and compliance with regional and global HR policies.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align HR priorities with enterprise objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR business partnering experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong background in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Ability to coach and influence senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting commercial and operational functions.
