Senior Global Discipline Delivery Specialist – HR

About the role

The Senior Global Discipline Delivery Specialist supports Citi’s worldwide discipline framework, ensuring timely and compliant handling of employee discipline matters. Working closely with HR partners, compliance, and business managers, the role drives consistent application of policies and process improvements across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage discipline cases using Citi’s case‑management system, adhering to standards and procedures.
• Provide guidance to managers on discipline policies and collaborate with HR Generalists, Advisors, and business leaders to resolve issues.
• Ensure process controls, quality documentation, and SOP compliance are consistently applied.
• Address escalated issues promptly, interpreting employment policies and compliance standards across global taxonomies.
• Partner with compliance and surveillance teams to deliver HR support for employee discipline.
• Maintain and update process and training documentation reflecting enhancements.
• Lead team initiatives, projects, and process‑improvement efforts while ensuring training completion.
• Monitor HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics and KPIs.
• Identify trends, assess risk, and implement solutions to protect the firm’s reputation and assets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with proven organization and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience working with remote locations and knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
