Benefits Specialist – Americas Region

About the role

GoGlobal seeks a Compensation & Benefits professional to manage a comprehensive benefits portfolio for the Americas region. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Administer private medical, dental, vision, pension, life insurance and regional perks for the Americas.
• Own the global business travel insurance process, verifying premiums, claims and costs.
• Partner with Finance to prepare benefits data for management reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor benefit utilisation, produce reports, and provide data to internal stakeholders.
• Resolve employee queries by interpreting benefit policies and work with global brokers and carriers to optimise program efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably supporting the Americas.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; intermediate to fluent Portuguese.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated, independent and collaborative.
• Experience in EOR/consulting environments and exposure to automation or data‑analytics tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel for data processing and reporting.
• Ability to gather, analyse and summarise benefits data across multiple countries.
