Senior Engagement Manager – Workday Success Plans

About the role

The Subscription Services Engagement Manager leads multiple projects that deliver Workday Success Plans programs to customers worldwide. You will coordinate delivery, manage customer relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute Workday Success Plans projects, communicating objectives and delivery strategies.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Workday Success Plans, educating customers throughout the engagement.
• Balance and prioritize a large portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Mentor and guide consultants working on your projects.
• Collaborate with client project managers to resolve scope or timeline issues.
• Conduct customer and internal operational meetings and ensure customers can act as references after project completion.

Required profile

• 5+ years (Senior: 7+) of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations in medium to large enterprises, higher education, or government.
• 5+ years (Senior: 7+) of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and ability to influence senior executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
