About the role

The Learning Advisor Lead partners with business and HR stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions that support Citi’s Markets & Services priorities. This senior position drives strategy, execution, and measurement of learning initiatives across the function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and market a learning strategy aligned with HR and business goals, leveraging enterprise solutions.
• Conduct root‑cause and gap analyses to identify learning opportunities and appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with other Learning Advisors and subject‑matter experts to ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Measure the effectiveness of training interventions and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Support management of the learning budget and stay current on external market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, with proven influencing and relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning tools.
• Vendor management experience (desired).
