About the role

Genpact is hiring a Senior Associate for its F&A - AP 5B position in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role reviews and validates invoices and releases them for payment, working in a hybrid setup during day shifts.

Key responsibilities

Review and validate the basic essentials of each valid invoice, such as supplier details, purchase order, bank account, invoice number and date.
Release invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that every pay run is completed as agreed with the customer.
Follow up on requisitions (by call, email or ticket) to resolve invoice issues according to AP guidelines.
Think through ways to reduce helpdesk queries and contribute to process improvements.
Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform a daily internal audit so that invoices and queries are handled correctly.

Required profile

Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
Advanced Spanish (C1).
Preferred certifications: Accounts Payable (F-Tec), CAMS, CFA, CFE or CPA.
