Front Line Manager - F&A - I2C 4C

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its F&A (Finance and Accounts) I2C 4C team in Costa Rica. The role leads a team of about 35 to 50 people, oversees daily operations and acts as the main point of contact for clients on service delivery. The position is a day shift, hybrid, regular job.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 35 to 50 people, motivate them and guide their professional development
• Oversee daily operations and manage workflows efficiently
• Assign tasks according to individual strengths and project needs, hold regular team meetings and give ongoing coaching and feedback
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and resolving concerns promptly
• Prepare reports on team performance, inventory status and other metrics, and keep accurate records and up-to-date documentation
• Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts fairly and ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs and regular audits

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• ACCA qualification
• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
• Blackline Financial Close Level 1 implementation certification
• Microsoft Excel certification
• SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting associate certification
• Upper-intermediate English (B2)
