Salesforce Change Management and Training Specialist

About the role

TransUnion’s TruOps team drives Salesforce initiatives that improve user experience and operational efficiency. The Change Management & Training Specialist prepares users for new capabilities, redesigned processes, and ongoing system enhancements while partnering with program, business, and communications teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses for Salesforce capabilities, identifying impacted groups, user personas, adoption risks, and potential process disruptions.
• Define and execute change‑readiness and enablement plans aligned with awareness, adoption, and reinforcement milestones.
• Develop and deliver role‑based learning through live, virtual, on‑demand, and blended formats, including hands‑on activities, onboarding, coaching, and user‑support.
• Create scalable micro‑learning, refresher, and just‑in‑time content to support incremental enhancements.
• Maintain the training catalog, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust approaches to improve proficiency and adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in training, enablement, or change management.
• Proven ability to conduct stakeholder assessments, translate findings into actionable readiness plans, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management, facilitation, presentation, and written/ verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Instructional‑design principles for instructor‑led, virtual, on‑demand, and blended learning.
• Microsoft Office suite for developing and delivering training content.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI‑enabled productivity tools.
• Familiarity with structured change‑management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR.
