Sales Delivery Lead – Manager (Ad Sales)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Sales Delivery Lead to manage its Digital Inside Sales operations for advertising products. The role combines sales leadership with operational oversight, ensuring that existing customers receive strategic advisory and backend support for their ad campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for digital services, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside‑sales team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Define operational strategies through needs assessments, capacity planning, and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Monitor system performance, drive process‑improvement initiatives, and ensure quality and customer‑service standards.
• Recruit, select, and develop talent to meet human‑resource objectives.
