Renewals Sales Associate – B2B

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Renewals Sales Associate to manage contract renewals, forecast revenue and maintain strong customer relationships across key B2B markets. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue‑based quota by selling renewals, services and up‑sell opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to ensure product usage and satisfaction.
• Handle objections, manage competitive pressures and retain or win customers.
• Maintain high‑volume outbound phone and email outreach and keep CRM data up to date.
• Participate in lead qualification, health checks, and contract renewal processes while reporting to a Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2 level) with strong verbal and written communication.
• At least 1.5 years of B2B sales experience in renewals, customer success, sales support or account management.
• High school diploma (mandatory) and experience supporting SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet personal and team sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
• Microsoft Office suite.
