Amazon Autos is transforming vehicle discovery and shopping, connecting customers with their ideal cars. As a Senior Seller Success Manager you will drive growth for dealer partners, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless marketplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, monitoring satisfaction, account health, and engagement.
• Drive sustainable business growth using data‑driven insights, presenting customized solutions to help dealers meet and exceed goals.
• Leverage performance analytics to identify opportunities, improve selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience.
• Partner with dealer leadership to create strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams and scale Amazon presence.
• Manage escalations, provide solutions, and champion process improvements across the dealer portfolio.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to advocate for dealer needs and ensure alignment on programs.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience or knowledge of the automotive industry or dealership operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
