Reservations Agent

About the role

Join Costa Rica Dream Makers, a leading provider of luxury vacation rentals and experiences, as a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing bookings and delivering exceptional service throughout the reservation process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the reservation system.
• Provide sales support by upselling additional services and experiences.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all guest information is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the operations and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional sales or customer‑service environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong customer‑focus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
