About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join our team in San Rafael de Alajuela. Open positions include cashiers, sales assistants, cooks and kitchen helpers. The roles involve direct interaction with customers and support of daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

Cashiers: handle cash transactions, operate POS systems and provide friendly checkout service.
Sales assistants: attend to customers, manage product displays and support sales.
Cooks: prepare menu items according to recipes, maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food quality.
Kitchen helpers (pileros): assist with food preparation, stock supplies and keep work areas clean.

Required profile

Valid identity card and/or work permit.
Current food‑handling certification.
Up‑to‑date criminal record check.
Customer‑service orientation.
Ability to work in a team and perform multiple functions.
