About the role

We are seeking operational staff to work at Juan Santamaría Airport. The positions include ground‑handling operators (pileros), cooks, and kitchen assistants. You will support airport services by ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality food service for passengers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ground‑handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and positioning aircraft equipment (pileros).
• Prepare and cook meals according to safety and quality standards (cocineros).
• Assist senior kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and inventory control (ayudantes de cocina).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with hygiene regulations.
• Provide courteous service to customers and collaborate with team members across shifts.

Required profile

• Valid identity card and/or work permit.
• Current food‑handling certification.
• Up‑to‑date criminal record certificate.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Customer‑service orientation, teamwork mindset, and ability to perform multiple functions.
