Italian‑Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and requires fluent communication in both Italian and English, supporting guests, owners and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests and check‑in/check‑out questions via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property data.
• Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with property owners, cleaners, maintenance vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Track reviews and guest feedback, escalating issues when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and handle flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
