Recruitment Specialist – Talent Sourcing

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist – Talent Sourcing to join its global consulting team. In this role you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines that support the company’s hybrid cloud and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage top talent for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and AI‑powered tools.
• Conduct market and talent mapping, Boolean searches and competitor analysis to create robust candidate slates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and nurture long‑term talent relationships.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to present high‑quality candidate shortlists.
• Track sourcing metrics, analyze data and apply insights to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to use AI‑driven sourcing platforms such as Eightfold, SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem, Beamery or Phenom.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent and market mapping.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
