Recruitment Specialist & Engagement Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions. Working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners, you will ensure high‑quality hires, faster time‑to‑fill, and an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing to offer and pre‑boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and selection criteria.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and rigorous selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records, recruitment metrics, and compliance with background‑screening policies.
• Coordinate offers, pre‑boarding activities, and seamless handoffs to HR Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, sharing market insights, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through proactive communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) across technical and non‑technical roles.
• Proven consultative recruiting ability with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills; advanced English preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
