Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization as an Associate on the Contingent Workforce Recruiting team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will manage the full lifecycle of contingent worker hiring, acting as the main liaison between candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute contingent worker assignments, validate and distribute job postings.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify contractor requests and workforce priorities.
• Review vendor‑submitted resumes against job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders, vendors, and shared‑services teams.
• Advise on contingent labor processes, work‑order revisions, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, client service, sales, or contingent workforce programs.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a Vendor Management System (VMS) application.
