Project Manager - Marketing Operations & Campaign Delivery

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of marketing and campaign initiatives for clients. The role oversees scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder communication while ensuring high‑quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, requirements, schedules and deliverables to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Monitor progress, track status and provide clear reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, remove roadblocks, prioritize work and align resources.
• Handle change requests, assess budget and schedule impacts and communicate approvals.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies, project plans and execution frameworks.
• Maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in client‑facing environments.
• At least 1 year of people management or team‑leadership experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) – written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science).

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze or Marketo.
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled tools to improve documentation, tracking or delivery workflows.
