Project & Event Manager

About the role

You’ll be the reason our strategy directors can spend their time on strategy. You’ll own project management across multiple concurrent engagements, including plans, timelines, cross‑team coordination, deliverable tracking and client‑facing follow‑up. You’ll also apply the same operational rigor to delivering onsite bootcamps, in‑person workshops and virtual strategy sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, coordinate inputs from strategy teams, external contributors and client stakeholders, and track deliverables to flag risks early.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, chase follow‑ups, produce meeting notes, action logs and status updates for clients.
• Own end‑to‑end production of onsite bootcamps, workshops and virtual sessions, handling venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination and live tech support.
• Collaborate closely with Strategy Directors, contribute to internal process improvements and support onboarding of new team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven project management experience in a professional services, consulting or agency environment.
• Hands‑on execution mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent client‑ready communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first setting and building trust across distributed teams.
