Product Manager – Global Services

About the role

Join Akamai's Global Services team as a Product Manager to shape the future of security, content delivery, cloud infrastructure, and AI services. You will lead strategy, design, and execution of a portfolio that includes Application and API Security, Network Security, Cloud Compute, and Edge Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps, create PRDs, and set detailed acceptance criteria for managed, advisory, and support services.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to simplify complex offerings and increase service attachment rates.
• Partner with security, cloud, engineering, sales, and global operations teams to align services with platform capabilities.
• Own operational metrics, revenue performance, and customer feedback to continuously refine service value and reduce churn.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, preferably within cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or edge delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Proven ability to translate customer feedback and market trends into product priorities and success metrics.

• Fair and equitable compensation with a base salary range of CRC 28,900,000 – CRC 52,020,000 per year.
