SAP Business Process Manager

About the role

Freudenberg Medical is seeking an SAP Business Process Manager to lead continuous improvement of SAP usage across the organization. You will work closely with IT partners, external vendors, and business leadership to deliver SAP and accounting digitization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP for business processes, collaborating with IT to develop solutions.
• Lead teams in analysis, design, development, testing, training, and enhancements of SAP and accounting digitizing applications.
• Manage extraction, mapping, and audit support of SAP FICO master data.
• Document business requirements, test cases, training materials, and application changes.
• Communicate with external vendors (AMS, Basis providers, 3rd‑party software) and internal IT and manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years SAP experience with a focus on FICO core processes and ERP migration.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal direction in a complex environment.
