Post Merger Integration Marketing & Communications Analyst

About the role

As a Post Merger Integration Marketing & Communications Analyst you will join Accenture’s global V&A M+C team, supporting the Americas PMI leads from Costa Rica and the virtual hub. You will help transfer brand equity and execute communication strategies that enable smooth integration of newly acquired companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development, M+C, corporate functions and the acquired company to design and implement a tailored M&C transition plan.
• Support the Deal Phase Team by identifying integration focus areas and preparing the deal for effective PMI support.
• Position V&A M&C as a strategic PMI partner, delivering best‑practice guidance for each acquisition.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensure strategic alignment and monitor progress of communication activities throughout the integration lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong planning and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units and geographies.
• Experience in aligning brand strategy with integration objectives.
