Platform Architect – Armis/Veza

About the role

The Platform Architect will provide expert support, analysis, and research on complex security and networking challenges within customer environments. This hands‑on position focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining Armis and Veza solutions while ensuring platform stability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Armis Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to translate requirements into best‑practice solutions and drive platform adoption.
• Perform health checks, monitor uptime, and ensure configurations align with business use cases.
• Analyze logs, generate threat analysis reports, and build custom security policies and application signatures.
• Provide technical training, create intellectual‑property material, and act as the escalation point during installations.
• Submit detailed bug reports, determine root causes, and resolve high‑complexity product issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Architect, Professional Services Engineer, or similar role.
• 3+ years in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT sectors with strong networking knowledge.
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Python, C, C++ programming.
• Linux (Red Hat, CentOS) operation and troubleshooting.
• Network protocols and security (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SSL/TLS).
• API‑based security and compliance standards.
• Cyber‑security technologies: Endpoint protection, SOAR, SIEM.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH) – desired.
