About the role

The Packaging Operator 3 is responsible for operating and monitoring the packaging machinery to meet production schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role also supports team coordination to drive operational efficiency and achieve area objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment according to the production program.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety (HACCP), and occupational safety standards.
• Assist in coordinating the work team and promote efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging area.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery or production lines.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, HACCP and Critical Control Points (CCP) is desirable.
• Strong numerical ability and verbal comprehension.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate work teams.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial packaging machinery.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Familiarity with HACCP and Critical Control Points (CCP).
