Mid UX/UI Designer – Remote (Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid UX/UI Designer to create user‑centered experiences for complex digital products. The role is fully remote, serving teams across Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Bolivia, and involves collaborating with product, engineering and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high‑quality product experiences for B2B, data‑heavy and AI‑assisted platforms.
• Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools and established design systems.
• Apply UX design methods and frameworks to translate complex requirements into user‑friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and other stakeholders while balancing strategy, execution and user needs.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles are integrated into all deliverables.
• Design native mobile app experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a clear design process and user‑centered product work.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and meet timelines.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong cross‑functional communication skills.
